clinical chemistry lab urine check method was modified horizon by using a centrifuge to precipitate bilirubin by BaCl2 reagent.

A. purpose: to detect bilirubin in urine
2. principle: bilirubun be concentrated by the style of the street precipitate with centrifugasi phosphates in urine, bilirubin raised will be oxidized by the reagent to form biliverdin fouchet purple.
3.cara work: 1. 5ml enter into the urine and 5 ml BaCl2 TBG centrifuge,
                     2. then enter into a centrifuge and set speed at 200 rpm for 5menit
                     3. centrifugation and discard the supernatant was taken, until the only remaining sediment
                     4. 3tetes fouchet enter, observe what happened.
4. readings at the horizon like a regular test.
